Miss Julia’s Bake Shop™ is founded on a passion for baking and serving others. Our recipes are decades in the making, and we’re thrilled to be able to share these perfected treats with our customers. We bake on site and use only the finest ingredients. We intentionally bake in small batches to preserve that distinctive home-made taste.

Miss Julia’s is locally owned by Paula and William Hienz, longtime residents of Brookfield and the Milwaukee area. Paula, a life-long baker, creates all of the bake shop’s original recipes. Miss Julia’s opened its doors in April 2010 as Milwaukee’s first cupcakery and gourmet bakery.
